Let me personally welcome you to the Building Association Manager’s (B.A.M.) Website. B.A.M. is a not-for-profit professional association with membership through out Central and Northeastern Florida. Our mission is to support Community Association Managers and related vendors with continuing education, networking, and socialization opportunities.
Our Community Association Manager members have active Florida Community Association Manager Licenses. The most common benefit of membership we hear from our association managers is the ability to have an outlet to discuss solutions to problems they face on a daily basis.
Our associate members are area businesses that service community associations and are familiar with community association needs. Our associate members must be recommended by a current member of B.A.M. with the understanding that our by-laws only allow for three associate members per category (bankers, pest control, concrete restoration, etc.). To better serve the associations we manage, B.A.M. reserves membership for only those associates having an outstanding reputation for quality workmanship and work ethics. This allows our mangers to have access to experts in their field and most up to date information that vendor can provide.
This is an exciting time in our industry and as our organization evolves and grows, we will make every effort to provide the most up to date educational needs, speakers and information on products that is available to us. Having some of the lowest annual dues of a professional organization in this or other industries, B.A.M. is a very accessible source of support.
This website has been developed to be a powerful tool by aiding our members outside our monthly meetings. Through our growing forum, members can request information and respond to questions on a variety of topics. Members can also easily print out membership applications, membership directory, access links to job and licensure requirements along with directions to our meetings. Please feel free to contact us for any further questions.
I look forward to seeing you at the next meeting.
