Message From the President

Welcome to the Building Association Manager’s (BAM) Website. Our goal is to make this an effective tool for our manager members, associate members, as well as Condominium and Homeowner Association Board members and homeowners.

BAM is a not-for-profit professional association whose mission is to provide continuing education, networking, and socialization opportunities for our members. Manager members must have the Community Association Manager License (or be working toward the license), and Associate members must be recommended by a current member of the association (only three members per category are currently allowed). One of the benefits of membership is having an outlet to discuss solutions to problems that our managers face on a daily basis. We only allow associate members that have an outstanding reputation for quality workmanship and work ethics so that our members can have access to experts and cutting edge information to better serve the associations we manage.

As our organization evolves and grows, we need to adapt and allow for change. This website is one tool to help achieve this. Through our forum, members can solicit and respond to questions on a variety of topics. In addition, members can refer their Board members to this website for information and links to pertinent information on a wide range of topics.

This website is a work in progress and we are asking for feedback as well as ideas to improve the usability. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the website and our organization, and feel free to make recommendations on content, features, etc. We look forward to serving you and encourage you to share this website with others!

Sincerely,
Greg Winquist, CMCA, AMS
President
